We were stopped in traffic in our 2006 toyota 4runner. We were slammed into from behind by a car traveling around 45MPH. Thus we slammed into the car infront of us. Our airbags did not deploy, and the passenger seatbelt did not lock up, thus causing severe injuries to the passenger. There is around $11,000 damage to our truck.
Driving in rain on freeway connector road , 25 MPH, required to use brakes due to another driver illegally swerving from slow lane of freeway adjacent to connector road, across two solid lines, in front of a car that hit their brakes, and was rear-ended by a second car, which was in front of me. I had plenty of distance to stop, but when I stepped on my brakes, they instantly locked up and my 4runner immediately began to slide...no control at all to slow down, and it felt like I actually increased speed.
2006 toyota 4runner. Consumer writes regarding tires *tgw the consumer stated as he was driving, he heard a loud pop sound come from the vehicle. He exited the vehicle, but did not see anything wrong. Later, a light illuminated on the dash board alerting the consumer of low tire pressure. Soon after, the consumer experienced a tire blow out on the left rear tire. The consumer stated the tire should have been replaced under bridgestone's warranty.
On my way to my nieces birthday I drove over to a local park. On my way there I drove over a pot hole as I was cut off by another driver and couldn't avoid it I hear a loud noise from the rear and the vehicle began to sway left and right as I drove. I didn't feel to safe driving it and I was a short distance away from my home I drove back with the hazard lights on. I then proceeded to inspect the rear of the vehicle and found that my upper right control arm bracket had ripped off the frame !!!!
