On july 22nd I was driving with my 4 young children when very suddenly I almost blacked out. I was able to call 911 and pulled over safely. I was taken to the hospital where blood tests showed nothing obviously contributed to the extreme lightheadedness and disorientation I experienced. On my 3rd trip I had a similar experience and concluded it was my minivan.it was towed to the dealership and a test drive left 3 mechanics with similar effects.they were not able to determine the cause and co2 and freon readings…
While driving consumer was involved in a 35 MPH right frontal collision, totally damaging front end. Also, upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side air bags failed to deploy. Cause has yet to be determined.
Following an accident where I was rear ended I started having problems filling the fuel tank. The pump would click off as if it was full at .70 cents and would continue this while filling the tank when the tank was clearly empty. I was advised by several people to move the handle around while filling this did not help. It was inspected by the body shop who said they could find nothing wrong & advised me to take it to the dealer.
Since leasing the car new 3 yrs. Ago, we've taken the car back to the dealer a couple of times because the middle row seat belts lock up. Two weeks ago we were in a car accident, the front passenger seat belt did not lock, allowing the passenger to be thrown to the dash and back.
I drove my van from work to my house which is around 18 miles. When I got home I could see smoke coming from under the hood. I quickly got out and pulled my baby out of her car seat. Within a few mins the smoke increased by a lot and I called 911. By the time they arrived the van was completely engulfed in flames, it was completely gutted by the time they put out the fire.
