I was driving home on a country road on the evening of january 21st. This is a non-lit, tar and chip with a soft shoulder road. I hit some black ice and the car swerved right, left and I got it straight again. During the swerve, both right and left air bags went off. I did not hit anything and the car never left the road. I made a case with GM. They dropped the case because they said the vehicle nearly rolled over.
