Vehicle air bag didn't deploy when I crashed into another vehicle doing between 30-40 MPH. Impact was mainly on the driver side front end. I was driving an chevy 1999 express 1500 van.
Vehicle experienced an electrical short in the courtesy light while driving, when all switches were in an off position. Owner pulled vehicle over and disconnected the light. Dealer notified, consumer currently waiting for part needed for repair.
While driving at about 30 MPH, the drivers air bags deployed without any warning, causing injury. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.
The catalytic converter failed. This was the converter placed in this vehicle. The consumer was test driving when he felt a sluggishness and heard a rattling noise which occurred upon acceleration and in the exhaust. After the vehicle was repaired, the consumer felt the same problem(s) again. The dealer stated that the part was defective. The consumer had taken the vehicle to two other dealers and was told that the converter was never changed, only the doughnuts were replaced.
Without warning all headlamps went out drl,low beams and high beams. All other lights worked ok. Not fun at night to have occur.
