April 1999 Fire

Tl* the contact owns a 1999 ford f-150. While driving various speeds, the spark plug came out of the cylinder of the engine. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the plug would need to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that the plugs were changed twice more; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 150,000.
