What owners wrote

At highway speed (55 MPH) the wind over the hood directs the stream of fluid from the windshield washers to land below the wiper blades, causing it to become completely ineffective. The dealer informs me that this is a design problem for which there is no repair.

I have a 1999 ford f-150 that leaks around the windshield when it rains it causes the wipers not to work the power ACC stay on and the door chime rings once the key is removed from the switch. This is a common problem with this vechile and needs to be recalled.
