Air bags did not deploy . I was driving around 30 to 35 miles an hr.when I hit ice on the road and lost control of the vehicle. The truck went down in a old canal and hit head on in a bank .the air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was a ford f350 super duty crew cab dually.year 2001.
On september 17 one our crew vehicles experienced a tread separation of the right front tire at highway speeds resulting in one severe injury, two much less severe injury's and a total loss of the vehicle. The tire is a bf goodrich commercial t/a lt 265/75/16 and was purchased on or about february 2012. The tire had approximately 40k miles. The DOT number is bfw8jd110312.
Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle stalled at various speeds without warning. The vehicle restarted and was taken to the dealership who was unable to duplicate the problem.
2001 ford f-350 super duty crew cab, diesel engine. The power door lock actuators don't work. Took to ford dealership and they stated that all 4 actuators need to be replaced. My vehicle only has 49, 971 miles, and this is very unsafe since if the door locks are locked and you hit the unlock button the doors won't open, then you have to reach for the manual lock button on each door to pull them up to get out of the vehicle. I was told that the super duty trucks are prone with this problem with electric door locks.
