2011 Ford Fusion latches & locks problems

There is a problem with the door locks. One two occasions the drivers door lock has failed to engage in cold weather (approx 30 degrees). Once I was outside the car, the keyless entry would not unlock the door, and I tried the physical key. I was able to very slowly turn it to get in. However, the second time this happened I was *inside* the car and could not get out. The electronic lock switch would fail (though I did hear it trying to work), and the manual lever was loose and would not unlock the door.

I take very good care of my care and I always open my car door very gently. However, I just realized that the driver's side interior door lock is broken. I cannot open the car from the inside, instead, I have to roll the windows door and use the outside handle to open the door. I did research on the internet and there are alot of people who are complaining about the issue. I have a 2011 ford fusion se with around 52,000 miles and I recently bought the car.
