Tl* the contact owns a 2007 GMC sierra extended cab. While driving 40 MPH he drove over a patch of black ice and crashed into a tree. Upon impact none of the air bags deployed. The passenger side seat belt didn't function properly or hold his son in place as it should have. The passenger hit his forehead on the windshield and broke the femur bone in his leg. Also, the contact sustained trauma to his head. The vehicle was destroyed. The current and failure mileage was 2,800.
While following other normally traveling vehicles downhill - vehicles in front came to a stop - brake peddle was fully depressed...no response...brake fully applied 2nd time...no response...resulting in a rear end collision multiple vehicles...possible total of my 2007 sierra. Damages are very extensive . Insurance to investigate GM brake possible cause....airbag deployed chest & neck injuries....many other incidents involving GMC brake systems. Need immediate NHTSA investigations !!
I was driving and started to hear a knocking sound. Message center said low oil, so I added more oil over the weekend until I could get it into the shop. Monday morning on my way to work I heard something shoot through something under the hood and the truck went dead. There was a pool of oil under the truck and metal shavings were found in my oil pan.
