On September 18, 2026, my father was driving a 2004 Honda Accord southeast on State Route 56 in Madison County, Ohio. According to the crash report, the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, crossed left of center, left the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, overturned, and struck a utility pole. My father sustained severe injuries, was transported by MedFlight to OSU Wexner Medical Center, and later died. After the crash, we observed that the driver’s steering-wheel airbag had not deployed.

Over the past 10 months, starting approximately august 2009, the air light in my 2004 honda accord exl would intermittently come on then go back off. More recently, it comes on a daily basis. When I buckle my seatbelt and start the car it may appear and stay on the entire time while driving. Then when I stop and turn off the car then turn it back on, the light may or may not show up again. I found that there was a NHTSA campaign number: 07v001000 for 2004 honda accord.
