Description: This is my second NHTSA complaint regarding unprompted automatic emergency braking in this vehicle. While driving at normal speed on [XXX], with no obstacle, pedestrian, or vehicle ahead, the vehicle's forward collision system activated without warning — audible alert sounded followed by the vehicle automatically applying hard braking and coming to an abrupt stop in the roadway. There was no obstruction, stopped traffic, or hazard present to justify the activation.

October 2026 Injury

I got in a car accident where the front of the car was hit and the car is totaled and the airbags in the front did not deploy. I got injured because my face hit the steering wheel. I submitted a complaint to Honda but they are taking a very long time to have someone go out and investigate the airbags. My insurance needs to take the car away this week
