First the check engine light and the slip indicator (or traction control) light for the vehicle dynamic control would come on and off while driving both on the highway and other roads. Then one day, I went to start my car and all of the dashboard lights began flashing and it wouldn't start. We bought jumper cables and jumped it but it still wouldn't start the next day. So I bought a new battery and it worked for about a week.
