I had an accident where I hit a cement post dead center of the front of the car and no air bags deployed. Also, Nissan will not reimburse me for and of my medical expenses etc.
I was driving when I was pulled over by a police officer for speeding I was going 5 over the speed limit (Speed limit was 65). As the officer approached my vehicle, he noticed flames coming from the engine compartment before I was aware there was any issue. He immediately instructed me to exit the vehicle for my safety. After I got out, the officer attempted to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher, but the flames continued to spread despite his efforts.
