What owners wrote

I bought a new f150 pickup from korum ford and after a week I noticed an excessive amount of rust on the under carriage and under the hood of the vehicle, I took it to the service manager to look at and he said it was normal, I did not agree with him and took it to two other dealers and I was told that a brand new vehicle should not have that much rust on it and said it was excessive.

The half rear doors accessing the rear bench seat are defective. The doors have a defect in the locking/opening handle. The ford dealer locally wants to charge me in excess of $1119.00 to correct the problem. I have researched this matter via the internet & have found this is a pretty common complaint.
