I was traveling on a south outer road where the speed limit was 35 miles per hr. I drive a hyundai accent 2005 and this 1995 dodge ram pickup failed to make a turn on the roadway and came in direct path of my car. But the impact was in the middle of my car toward the passenger side in which the impact dented my license plate in half and my air bag did not deploy at the impact .

In september 2009 (exact day unknown), the brake light switch on my 2005 hyundai accent began intermittently failing. As a result, I was unable to shift the vehicle out of park approximately once out of every three times I started the vehicle, but was able to remedy the issue by depressing the brake pedal with an exaggerated degree of force within 1-5 attempts. On november 25, the switch ultimately failed. As a result, the vehicle would not shift out of park without employing the shift lock override.
