What owners wrote

Vehicle has been in for this and other problems. Tires are becoming severely worn. Was told that new ball joint has been installed. Vehicle still pulls right. All tires were cross rotated which evens wear and reduces pull for several hundred miles. I will contact dealer and chrysler direct in attempt to have problem resolved. I am angry that the tires are wearing at an unreasonable rate which will cause pre-mature replacement.

January 2000

I was driving on an on ramp when I hit a raised bump on the road. The front started bumping violently almost like a basketball. When I applied the brakes it stopped as I slowed down. It happened once more as I could not get off the highway from the first incident. Again, I hit another bump and the same thing happened. I was lucky that no one was right behind me or there might have been a collision.
