2011 jeep grand cherokee overland summit. Consumer writes in regards to sudden vehicle acceleration. The consumer stated the vehicle suddenly accelerated into the rear of a truck, flipped multiple times, and rolled approximately 30 feet down an embankment. The airbags did not deploy. The seat belt failed to lock causing the consumer to suffer a broken eye socket. The passenger was killed. The vehicle was totaled.
Oct 5, 2011 I was in an accident, 3 car pile up. My head hit the steering wheel I suffered a concussion, facial contusion, hematoma.
