What owners wrote

While driving my 2011 jeep grand cherokee I saw white smoke coming from the driver side sun visor and then a burning smell. I pulled over and after a few minutes the smoke cleared, the bracket for sun visor stayed hot and shows signs of melting. No injuries, the vehicle was driven to dealership immediately... Reported at 21,000 miles, August 2013 Fire

On may 4, 2017, approximately around 7:00pm, I turned right onto a freeway and my steering wheel locked up and the vehicle shut off completely. I was not able to turn the steering wheel and barely was able to make it out of the middle of the road. The engine shut off while driving down the road. I am luck that I did not have a car behind me or I would have caused an accident. How scary!! Chrysler has claimed that they have fixed this!!
