When slowing down to a stop ( at approximately 15 MPH) the vehicle suddenly accelerated resulting in hitting the vehicle in front of mine. As my car was accelerating I pressed on the brake as hard as possible but it only slightly slowed the vehicle. I put the car in neutral as it was about 3 feet from the vehicle in front of me and I hit that vehicle at a much slower speed. This is the second time this happened. It occurred previously on approximately june 2008.
