Tl* the contact owned a 2016 chevrolet corvette. While driving 25 MPH, the vehicle was involved in a crash. The contact rear ended another vehicle that abruptly pulled out in front of them. The driver's air bag deployed. A police report was filed. The contact was knocked unconscious by the air bag. The contact sustained damage to the left eye, which required medical attention. The vehicle was towed and destroyed. A dealer was not made aware of the crash. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue.
My vehicle is covered by GM Special Warranty 17469 which relates to cracks and fuel leaks at the primary fuel pump module flange. It caught fire while driving at a high performance driver’s education event at Barber Motorsports Park and was denied coverage due to it having modifications. GM case number 9-15085163081. There were no warning messages displayed at any time during the incident. GM had the vehicle inspected by a “neutral” third party which turned out to be a retired GM service center instructor.
The rear tail light bezels on my 2016 chevrolet corvette stingray are not bolted down, they snap in/out. This is a problem because someone stole mine and I'm sure they were also wanting to get the tail lights. Anyway, the rear tail light bezels are not bolted down, they snap in/out. Someone can easily steal my tail lights after the bezels are removed making my car unsafe for travel. I have a police report of the incident. The vehicle was parked at my home under a car port.
Over about 3000 miles this im on my second cracked rim. Dealer keeps telling me I hit a pothole. Definitely did not hit any thing. I baby the car. GM needs to be responsible for this at $1000/rim not to mention the safety implications.
I noticed a vibration that would start at about 55 MPH. I took the car in to america's tire to have the wheels balanced and found out that all four wheels were bent. The car has never been raced and has been driven in a normal matter. I have hit some minor potholes but nothing of any consequence.
