Reported at 20,000 miles, January 2017 CrashInjury

Good day, I am attaching photos of a failed rim from my 2014 cla 250. The car has just over 54,000 miles on it and the failure-crack has propagated to where the tire will no longer hold air and car is not safe to drive. This is the 2nd failed rim, the first cracked in a similar fashion at just over 44,000 miles and was replaced by my local mercedes dealer at not charge. They will not replace the 2nd failed rim.

I was driving my car when all of a sudden the car slowed down and the steering became stiff. The pre safe light came on the screen along with "parking brake" "traction control" although the parking brake was not applied. I had to have my car towed home because it was unsafe to drive.
