Passenger side door came open last 2 times. The last time the door came open I fell out of it, and hurt my back, and can not stand for any lentgh of time. I would like something done its been ongoing for almost 3 months with ford motor company. And I e-mailed you in january and I should of heard something from you beginning of febuary. And I still have not heard from you why? Thank you nedra j. Osso
The driver side interior door handle return spring unseated resulting in interior door handle that does not return to the fully stowed position after actuation. If the interior door handle return spring is unseated, could the door unlatch in the event of a side impact crash, increasing the risk of personal injury?
