This vehicle was driving down a dry highway with a unloaded trailer. Driver reported all at once a death wobble and had to slow down in traffic almost getting hit by another driver. Cruising at 72 MPH on a dry paved highway the vehicle shook and felt as if it would go out of control. Our company purchased two within a short time of each other and they both have had the same issue more than once and are appearing more often.
It happen around 1815, when I experience the death wobble, the truck violently started shaking and it was felted on the front end of my ford f250 super duty truck. It occur at a speed of 65 miles per hour. While driving on the over pass of the freeway and going over the groove in the road. It was a frightening incident of almost losing control of my truck. If their where lots of vehicle on the road a serious accident or injuries could have occurred.
