What owners wrote

My husband was in dallas getting his passport and some man ran a stop sign hit a police office two other cars and my car that my husband was driving. The passenger airbags did not deploy to help and my father in law who was in the passenger front seat was injured.
Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan murano. While driving 25 MPH, another vehicle crashed into the front of the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver sustained face injuries, the front passenger who was pregnant sustained stomach injures, the fetus sustained a fracture on the leg, and the rear passenger sustained head injures. All passengers required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed, but was taken to an auto body repair center for body repairs.
The driver door will not lock or un-lock using the key fob. This is a safety issue because they no longer will lock automatically.
Fuel gauge says empty when 100 miles are on the gas tank. My local nissan dealer, elhart, told me they would have to charge me 5 hours of labor to remove the gas tank to "diagnose" the problem, even though the fuel guage sensors are accessible under the rear seat for replacement. Also, this is a very common problem with all nissans - quests do have a recall on it, but no other nissan, even though they all use the same faulty gas guage.
