Tl*the contact owned a 2000 chevrolet impala. While driving between 25-35 MPH in foggy weather, the driver drove around an s-shaped curve and crashed into an embankment. None of the air bags deployed and the driver was killed. A police report was filed. The contact has pictures. The current and failure mileages were 90,000. Updated 4/16/08
I was driving down the street and my engine fell out of my 2000 chevy impala. My engine cradle mounts were not in good enough due to GM negligence. They wont back it up even though their pamphlets say different. Safety issue and they don't care. A lot of other complaints about the same thing. This vehicle should have been recalled along time ago.
We were involved in an accident where a car ran a stop sign and we hit them broadside with the front of our chevrolet impala at about 30 miles an hour. Air bags did not deploy and the passenger side selt belt came unlatched.
I am original owner, never had any crash or collision. The rear tailights leak, causing water to accumulate inside the lens. Only the hartch lid cover, involving the reverse lights. I have had to replace the bulb 2x due to shorting out. This is an obvious defect, no other explanation.
Tl*the contact owns a 2000 chevrolet impala ls purchased brand new in 2000. He stated that the exterior turn signals became inoperable intermittently. The manufacturer stated that there were no recalls on his vehicle. The contact was advised that the turn signal switch needed to be replaced. No repairs had been made to the vehicle. The current and failure mileages were under 88,647. Updated 01/12/10. The consumer also stated the hazard lights did not work as well. Updated 01/13/10
