On 4/9/12 I was involved in a serious accident that resulted in my daughter obtaining a severe traumatic brain. She was in critical condition and is now severely disabled. The back curtain airbags did not protect her and did not appear to work properly. I believe that the vehicle was not properly examined after the accident. The car was a rental vehicle and my family was out of state on vacation. Due to the severe injury of my daughter I believe that the airbags failed.

Fuel pump relay prematurely fails inside the total integrated power module (tipm) causing loss of control while driving. The fuel relay fuse is not replaceable as it is hard wired inside the tipm. The entire tipm unnecessarily needs replaced at great expense and labor of nearly $1,800 for what should be an inexpensive fuse. Other chrysler/ dodge/ jeep vehicles have been recalled and repaired for the same issue, but not the chrysler town & country minivans.
