On the first occasion malfunctions could not be enacted. On second occasion, a switch was replaced. On june 28, 2006 van was hit in rear pushed into another car and thrown into an 18 wheeler traveling 60 miles per hour and no airbags deployed.

I got the town and country chrysler 2004, and the air bag lights started to blink on and off after a year, in 2005 the lights were permanently on. I had a crash in 2009 not big enough to make the air bag work anyway the air bags red light were on, then the dealer gave the data of how long the air bag were not working, it seems that it had the same problem as the air bags recall 1998/2002. I had several other problems in fixing this car but I do want to know if the 2004 made is included in the recall.
