Tl*the contact owns a 2003 chrysler town and country. As the contact was placing her child into a restraint system, the passenger side sliding door (equipped with the safety lock mechanism) failed to recognize that a passenger was in between the door. As a result, the door slammed onto the contact's arm. She suffered moderate damage to her upper arm, including a broken blood vessel. Secondly, she noticed that the driver's side sliding door would sporadically open, even while the vehicle was in motion.
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH, he attempted to deactivate the cruise control but the vehicle did not respond. The contact was able to stop the vehicle by applying the brakes but when he removed his foot from the brak pedal, the vehicle rapidly accelerated to 60 MPH as if the cruise control function had still not deactivated. The contact shut off the engine and when restarted, the failure recurred.
