The failure mileage was 88,000.
I was driving down the road and the driver's side headrest deployed and hit me in the back of the head. I thought the TV from the ceiling had fallen down and hit me, it was pretty hard.
Since the beginning of this year, the driver side seatbelt has opened itself (unlatched itself) 5 times while driving.
